I first visited CFB CrossFit in December to begin some introductory PT sessions prior to joining classes as my to date gym experience was the typical 24/7 type gym membership. I realised that I wanted more of a push, or challenge in my fitness goals as it’s easy to become stagnant.

Yes it is! Everyone has different needs, which is why we start with a consultation to understand your history and where you'd like to go. From there we work together to create a plan for your fitness journey
Absolutely. Most of our members started exactly where you are now. Our coaches will teach you the fundamentals step-by-step, focusing on form, confidence and safety before adding intensity or load. You’ll quickly see progress and realise how capable you are.
Each class lasts about an hour and is coach-led from start to finish. We start with a warm-up and movement prep, then work on a skill or strength element before tackling the Workout of the Day (WOD). You’ll train alongside others, with your coach guiding and encouraging you every step of the way.
Yes — all our coaches hold recognised CrossFit certifications and have years of experience working with athletes of all levels. More importantly, they care deeply about helping you move well, train safely and enjoy every session.
No problem. We’ll always find a way for you to train safely. Our coaches can scale or modify movements to suit your current ability or any restrictions you have.
Community is a big part of the CrossFit ethos. We put on several events throughout the year — from in-house competitions to social gatherings — and you’ll see the same friendly faces in class each week. It’s a great way to meet new people and become part of something bigger than just a workout.
